A fast-growing UK business is seeking a Finance Business Partner based in Bedford. You'll collaborate with the Finance Director to analyze complex data, drive profitability improvements, and provide insights for strategic decisions. The role requires an accounting qualification, advanced Excel, and BI tool skills, alongside a meticulous approach to detail. Offering a competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum and hybrid working conditions.

This is a highly influential role where you'll work closely with the Finance Director to turn complex data into clear commercial insights that shape strategic decision-making and enhance profitability.
- Collecting, cleansing and interpreting complex datasets to support critical decision-making.
- Developing interactive dashboards, detailed reports and KPIs to track margins, costs and revenue performance.
- Identifying trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for profitability improvements.
- Partnering with the Finance Director to model scenarios, support forecasting and contribute to budget planning.
- Conducting product/service profitability and pricing analysis to support commercial strategies.
- Presenting clear, accessible insights to senior management.
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel skills plus experience with BI tools such as Power BI/SQL or FP&A software.
