$70,000 – $90,000 annual salary
- Lead daily accounting operations and a team of 5 direct reports
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close
- Maintain internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
- Oversee the transition from QuickBooks to a cloud-based platform
- Prepare for audits and manage stakeholder financial inquiries
- Mentor team members to enhance performance and career growth
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experience leading accounting in a company of 100+ employees
- Proven track record of implementing accounting system transitions
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and other modern cloud-based accounting tools with experience implementing ERP systems
- Ability to lead through change and foster team development
