A digital enterprise investment firm is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager in Greater London. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative setting. This role offers a 6-month temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.

Our client, a rapidly expanding digital enterprise investment firm, has recently moved into beautifully renovated offices with panoramic views and they’re now seeking a Front of House Manager who will play a key role in shaping the experience of both visitors and the internal team.
Working as part of a close-knit team of three, you will take ownership of the reception area, lead by example, and help foster a supportive, unified environment. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating daily activity, ensuring seamless meeting room management, supporting events, and proactively handling any issues that arise.
You will have Reception/Front of House experience with the minimum of 5+ years’ experience, ideally within the investment or wider professional services sector.
This is a 6 month to perm role. This role does have the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person.
The successful candidate can start in January, but the firm is also interviewing immediately available candidates now.
