Description du poste
A great opportunity to join a small charity that specializes in the welfare of young adults. The organization is undergoing a period of development and transformation and is now looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join and support the team for 6 months as they navigate upcoming changes. Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner role:
- Ensure the production of timely and high-quality management accounts, including commentary
- Take full responsibility for a business unit with an income of £6m
- Review financial performance monthly
- Assist with annual budget setting and reforecast financial performance against plans
- Design and deliver analysis to enhance understanding of profitability
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding budgets and variance analysis
Requirements of the Finance Business Partner role:
- Ideally a qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA, or an exceptional finalist
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong management accounts experience and business partnering skills
- Car owner/driver due to location
