Our client, a significant player in their industry and are looking to recruit a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their senior finance team. This role is crucial in supporting a new project, an innovative business initiative focused on proving product viability.

This organization is at an exciting juncture, with this key project utilizing their products in a specific way and then distributing them globally across Europe, South America, India, the UK, and China.

What the Finance Business Partner job involves

You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Commercial Finance, focusing on operational reporting and business partnering for a globally based commercial team.

  • Acting as the right-hand person to the Head of Commercial Finance, taking ownership of operational reporting responsibilities.
  • Analysing and explaining operational variances to provide insightful commentary.
  • Managing all aspects of management accounting for the commercial team.
  • Preparing comprehensive data and presentations to support the Head of Commercial Finance.
  • Business partnering with the commercial team, offering expertise in business planning and costing support.
  • Providing valuable advice on product and service offerings.

Skills required

Other information
  • Salary range of £70,000 to £75,000 per annum.
  • 37.5 contracted hours per week.
  • Hybrid working available
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • 15% employer pension contributions.
  • 20% discretionary completion bonus for the 12-month fixed-term contract.
  • Private BUPA healthcare for the individual.
  • The initial 12-month fixed-term contract has the potential to become permanent based on funding.
