A popular clothing retailer in Magherafelt is looking for a Product Team Leader. This role is pivotal in leading and inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion. Key responsibilities include managing store operations, supporting team development, and ensuring high visual standards. We're on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and a great place to work for our teams. You will be an expert in product handling and will constantly strive to improve the customer journey through delivering exceptional visual execution and a high level of customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team and maintain operational standards, and in turn generating outstanding sales, all round KPIs and high performing teams.
