Role: Junior Creative Team (Copywriter + Art Director)

About the role:

We're looking for a junior creative team – a copywriter and art director duo – who are SOCIAL FIRST. You should have hands‑on experience creating social campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. We need creatives who are obsessed with visual storytelling and social‑first creativity, where TikTok is your playground and you love turning trends into scroll‑stopping ideas. You'll work on new business pitches and existing clients—we have over 100 brands in the UK, so expect variety and constant creative challenges. From social‑first activations to integrated campaigns, you'll flex your conceptual muscles and push boundaries with AI‑powered creativity.

What you will be doing:

Develop big ideas that start on social but scale across integrated campaigns. Create social campaigns with eye‑catching visuals, motion content, and platform‑native copy for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Craft scripts, headlines, and campaign messaging that feel culturally relevant. Collaborate as a creative team to deliver bold, scroll‑stopping work. Bring fresh thinking to new business pitches and help win exciting accounts. Work across a diverse mix of industries—fashion, food, tech, and more. Experiment with AI tools to enhance ideation and execution.

What you need to be great in this role:

Proven experience working on social campaigns, particularly TikTok and Instagram. Experience at a social‑first agency is essential. Visual storytelling skills with strong design and motion abilities for social platforms. Someone who's grown up on TikTok and understands what makes content shareable and the nuances of short‑form content. Enthusiasm to embrace AI‑powered creativity is a must. Gen Z perspective: culturally fluent, trend‑savvy, and fearless about trying new things. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment. Conceptual thinkers who can create killer content for social and beyond.
