Our client’s modern facility has a packed order book, and they’re looking for motivated Production Operatives to start immediately for long-term work.
As a Production Operative, you’ll:
- Use specialist tools such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings to produce high-quality automotive products
- Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
You’ll work on a three-shift rotation:
- Days: 7am – 3pm
- Lates: 3pm – 11pm
- Nights: 11pm – 7am
Flexibility to work all shifts and overtime is required.
- Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
