Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Manufacturing and Logistics team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Leader. This hands-on role involves carrying out a variety of assembly, painting, and machine operation tasks to support seat component production. The position offers full training, making it ideal for individuals looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing.

Reports to: Manufacturing Leader
Hours: 39 per week

  • Core shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm
  • Flexibility for morning/evening shifts may be required
  • Occasional work outside normal hours to meet business needs
Key Responsibilities
