Overview

Production Operative – Washington • £13.25 - £13.78 per hour • Overtime up to £26

Role Summary

We are seeking Production Operatives for our automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
• Performs semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
• May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
• Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
• Makes machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
• Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 year
• Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs
• Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day.

• Days: 06:00 - 14:28
• Lates: 15:15 - 23:43
