Agile Medical is entering a period of exciting growth, following a company acquisition in 2023 and a new strategy focused on developing and launching more of our own manufactured products.

We are recruiting for a Production Manager to lead our factory operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, supervising, and driving quality in our production environment. The Production Manager will report to the Operations Director and lead a team of warehouse operatives to assemble and deliver product on time in full and to quality standards.

• Plan weekly-monthly production schedules determining necessary materials, equipment and staffing required
• Coordinate purchasing of parts from approved suppliers
• Establish and ensure adherence to quality control standards
• Oversee compliance with company policies (ISO9001) and legal requirements related to Health & Safety
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and productivity

• Previous experience with MRP
• Experience With ERP Systems Essential
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
