Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Manager or similar in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a multi-discipline manufacturing process.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles such as Lean Six, 5S and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Production function with 16 direct reports.
• Ensure efficient manufacturing processes through Continuous Improvement.
• Develop new Standard Operating Procedures.
