Responsibilities
- Oversee management of 8/9 readymix concrete plants.
- Be based out of the Norwich site and travel to others.
- Manage a team of around 20, including supervisory roles.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with the team.
- Full P&L responsibility for operations.
- Manage maintenance activities and CapEx projects.

- Quarterly 121\'s with the team
- Full P&L responsibility
- Managing maintenance
- Taking responsibility for CapEx projects
- Experience of managing within a heavy engineering environment
- Managing a large team
- Experience of managing multiple sites
- Managing a maintenance team
- Full UK Driving Licence
