Production operators will operate and monitor bakery production equipment and carry out manual production tasks to include high-quality decorating and final packing tasks on the conveyor line, ensuring all finished products meet the strict presentation and quality standards required, while adhering to strict hygiene and operational procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Production line work.
  • Clean as you go activities.
  • Packing finished products.
  • Perform manual decorating tasks (e.g., piping, dusting, application of toppings/inclusions) with speed and precision according to specification sheets.
  • Work quickly and accurately on the conveyor belt to pack finished products into primary and secondary packaging (e.g., placing into trays, sleeving, boxing).
  • Strictly adhere to all site hygiene procedures (e.g., PPE, handwashing, jewellery policy) to prevent foreign body and microbiological contamination.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Food Safety: A clear understanding of and commitment to strict food hygiene and foreign body control.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control, especially concerning product presentation and packaging integrity.
