Production Operative

Position Type: Straight Permanent Role

Location: Leominster, HR6 (Full-time, Factory-based)

Salary: £29,374.80 per annum (rising to £30,030.00 after successful probation)

Benefits: Extra Increment's for additional upskilling, Available Overtime

Hours: 12-hour shifts (4 on, 4 off rotation, alternating between days and nights)

Shift Pattern: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Machine Operation & Production Support

• Operate frying or packing machinery to ensure high-quality snack production
• Monitor production systems, report issues, and minimise downtime
• Complete daily routines and quality checks to maintain high production standards

Health & Safety Compliance

• Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure all food safety standards are maintained throughout production

Team Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues as they arise
