THE EMPLOYER IS: WEBOTTLE LTDWeBottle Ltd have been operating within Inspire Business Park for the past 8 years, predominantly supplying E liquids in 10ml, 60ml & 100ml bottles, more recently providing a bottle contract filling service.Support / operate as part of a team gaining knowledge and progressing into running high speed line, CBD Line, Short fill Line.Training and support will be provided to allow the right candidate to run one of our Filling lines.Prior to starting work on the shopfloor we ensure that each new person will complete training on the following area’s with an appropriate Certificate: Manual Handling, COSHH Awareness, Use of Knives, Hand Hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Operate within a small team.
  • Meet specific deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Flexible approach to move around all production lines.
  • Operate in a safe working environment.
  • Report any health & safety breach or hazard.
  • Once trained work without supervision.
  • To set up (make Ready) a high-speed bottling machine.
  • To purge jobs in preparation for next flavour.
  • To complete Line Clearance on completion of job.
  • To pack bottles of high-speed bottling machine in 10 pack SRP.
  • To apply labels, remove labels as and when required.
  • To operate in accordance with instructions as per are Batch Manufacturing paperwork.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Value Health & Safety Processes.
  • Using hand tools such as Stanley knives, measuring equipment such as weighing scales.
