A recruitment agency is seeking an apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer for a food manufacturing business in Coventry. This role offers a salary of £55,900pa and potential OTE of £60,000 with incentives including bonuses. The engineer will focus on reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and supporting continuous improvement within a large maintenance team. Required qualifications include a level 3 maintenance engineer (electrical bias) and experience with SCADA and PLC systems. - A minimum of a level 3 maintenance engineer (electrical bias) C&G NVQ, BTEC.
- Understanding of SCADA control systems, and PLC fault finding would be an advantage.
- Multi-skilled with an electrical bias.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Responsabilidades
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and PPM's.
- Using both your electrical and mechanical skill set.
- Diagnosing faults to find the root cause of breakdowns.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects on site.
- Working efficiently with the production team to minimise downtime.
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.

- Basic Salary £55,900pa
