Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Working Pattern: Full Time, (3 shifts N/A/M)

In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on manufacturing assets and all associated production equipment located in production facilities.

• You will analyse equipment data to inform and implement the most effective approach towards maintenance.

• Read and interpret machinery and component drawings, circuit/logic diagrams & schematics, maintenance manuals, and parts catalogues to enable maintenance and diagnostics.
• Work alongside/support equipment OEM engineers as required
• Consistently perform asset maintenance activities in order to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe and reliable to a high performance standard. Utilising precision diagnostic instruments during maintenance.
• Utilise problem solving skills (such as Root cause analysis) and ability to make sound recommendations based on judgement, training and previous experience.

• Have a time-served engineering apprenticeship in a multi-skilled, electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering discipline and NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and qualifications.
• Be a maintenance professional with high standards of electrical and mechanical knowledge with experience of fault diagnosis and rectification, carrying out planned maintenance activities and implementing improvements.
• Have experience of working on electro‑mechanical equipment, including knowledge of fault finding, diagnostics, interrogation and rectification of PLC's, multi‑axes CNC machine tools and control systems.
• Collaboration, flexibility and adaptability are key to meeting the ever‑changing business requirements. A proactive thinker, with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is key.
• Have a good level of computer literacy, training for specific systems will be provided.
