We are hiring a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a high-profile portfolio of multi-site retail clients, including major supermarkets.

• Top-Tier Salary : £48,900 (inclusive of a £3,000 London Location Allowance)

• Generous Leave : 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
• Enhanced Overtime : All overtime is paid at Time-and-a-Half (1.5x).

Engineers currently average an additional £12,000+ per year.

• Annual Bonus : Performance bonus of up to 4% of your salary.

You’ll be an essential part of our mobile engineering force, ensuring mission‑critical supermarket refrigeration systems operate at peak performance across your dedicated patch.

Your day-to-day will involve :

• Expert diagnostics and fault-finding.
• Proactive planned maintenance and servicing.
• High-quality repairs and remedial works.
• Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of our company.

This is a dynamic, fast‑paced mobile role where your technical expertise directly impacts our clients' operations—no two days are ever the same.

To be successful in this role, you must be a dedicated professional with :

• Proven, hands‑on refrigeration engineering experience.
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO₂ qualification (essential for our client portfolio).
• Specific Supermarket / Retail refrigeration experience.
• Valid, clean UK driving licence.

• A strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right.
• Excellent communication and efficient time‑management skills.
• Deep understanding and commitment to Health & Safety procedures.
