About
The Planner will take ownership of key administrative and coordination tasks that support the smooth flow of orders and deliveries, both in the UK and internationally. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure customers get exactly what they need, on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system.
Coordinate worldwide produce deliveries with transport teams and import agents.
Liaise with suppliers on deliveries, payments, and documentation.
Monitor stock and sales, updating forecasts accordingly.
Produce weekly market reports and conduct store visits.
Advise account managers on stock allocation and availability.
Ensure correct packaging is available for picking teams.
Maintain and update customer price lists.
Handle returns from overseas farms.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
Key Skills & Expereince

Confident, professional communicator.
Team player with flexibility and a proactive approach.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is advantageous.
