A leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support its growing preconstruction team in Cardiff, Wales. In this hybrid role, you will develop tender programmes, planning reports, and logistics plans for projects valued between £10m and £70m. Your responsibilities include supporting bid submissions and ensuring planning outputs are accurate. Qualifications

• Preconstruction and onsite planning experience is essential.
• Strong skills in Asta Powerproject for programme development.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.

• Support bid presentations and ensure planning accuracy.

A leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support its growing preconstruction team in Wales. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on major projects valued £10m to £70m.

Role Overview

The Senior Planner will develop high quality tender programmes, planning reports, logistics strategies and method statements for preconstruction activities across Wales. You will contribute to bid submissions, support project presentations and ensure all planning outputs are accurate, clear and commercially focused.

• Produce tender programmes using Asta Powerproject
• Create planning reports and method statements
• Develop logistics plans and construction methodologies
• Coordinate with supply chain partners
• Support bid presentations and procurement activities

• Preconstruction and onsite planning experience
