This role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns for events, managing social media, and enhancing podcast engagement. We are looking for an enthusiastic and superbly organised Marketing Coordinator with exceptional attention to detail to deliver high impact marketing campaigns to support our industry-leading Aurora client and public events with the aim of sharing the company’s original analysis on the hottest energy topics.
Joining our Oxford office, you will be working closely with our in-house events team to deliver creative and well-crafted marketing campaigns to ensure maximum uptake in registrations and attendance at our annual events across various European venues, including our flagship Spring Forum event in London, which attracts industry leaders and experts from the energy sector.
In addition to the live events, you will also be tasked to promote and implement strategies to increase our Energy Unplugged podcast listener numbers and improve traction within our target audiences through innovative marketing campaigns.
You will be an important member of our Events team, reporting to the Head of Events, and working alongside colleagues of all levels. Great organisational skills are vital for this role, together with a flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
