Job summary
A prominent infrastructure company in the UK is seeking an experienced Pre Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of the pre-construction phase for critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of façade systems, fire safety regulations, and project planning. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering innovative solutions across the utility and social infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of façade systems, including rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and associatedBuilding Safety Act 2022.
- Proven experience in early-stage project planning and procurement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the pre-construction phase for projects.
- Lead design team meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Support cost planning and budget development in collaboration with QS teams.
