Qualifications

• Strong understanding of façade systems, including rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and associatedBuilding Safety Act 2022.
• Proven experience in early-stage project planning and procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the pre-construction phase for projects.
• Lead design team meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
