Overview
Building Manager temp to perm – Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Bexley DA17. 14 p/h + holiday pay at 12.07% – approx 35k p/a depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Take the lead on all aspects of managing the residential estate in Bexley and maintain the highest standards for all building areas.
Supervise the front of house team and ensure customer service is a priority at all times.
Ensure the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors.
Review internal systems and software to ensure efficiency and facilitate improvements where required.
Supervise and deploy all on-site staff, ensuring they are clear about their roles.
Ensure inspections (cleanliness, lighting, fixtures, plumbing, plant rooms, roof tests, fire tests, etc.) are carried out by the relevant contractors.
Provide a high level of customer service through concierge staff at all times.
Work with the HR team to ensure all absences are covered efficiently.
Report to the Board and establish a strong working relationship with the Property Manager.
Demonstrate computer literacy and competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint or a modern equivalent.
