Salary: £24,000 Basic + Commission (£40,000–£45,000 OTE)

They’ve built a loyal client base and now need someone experienced to take on a dual Lettings Negotiator / Account Manager role, managing active tenancies and letting around 1–2 properties per week.
With minimal pressure for new business generation, you’ll focus on nurturing relationships, providing top-tier service, and ensuring that each let runs smoothly — from viewings through to handover.
