A growing asset finance provider is seeking Area Sales Managers to identify and acquire new SME customers across multiple sectors. This home-based role requires proven new business development experience in asset finance or capital equipment sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success. We are working with an established but growing SME asset finance provider, who have significant growth plans within their sales team for the second half of 2025.
They are looking to recruit a number of Area Sales Managers in various locations in the North, who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new SME customers across a range of industry sectors, to include commercial vehicles, construction, manufacturing and engineering and agriculture.
We are looking for candidates who have proven new business development experience gained within either asset finance sales (broker or direct lender), or from capital equipment sales – commercial vehicle sales and construction equipment sales are of particular interest.
This is a home based, field based role requiring a high degree of self motivation, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
