About the Role: We're working with a leading multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy based in Preston, currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Building Surveyor:
  • Assisting in building inspections and helping prepare detailed reports.
  • Supporting senior surveyors in advising on repairs, maintenance and improvement works.
  • Helping ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Working closely with surveyors, architects, engineers, and contractors on a variety of projects.
  • Contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of construction and refurbishment schemes.
Requirements for the Assistant Building Surveyor:
  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience, ideally in a consultancy or similar environment.
