About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiatorto join a successful independent estate agency based in Petts Wood, working across the middle to upper end of the market. The office is performing strongly and you’ll be joining a collaborative team in a professional but friendly environment.
You’ll need to be able to mix well with mid- to upper-market clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships are key.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–12 months’ experiencein estate agency – ideally in sales, but lettings experience also considered
  • Smart, driven, and enthusiastic with a team-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week(ideally Tuesday, but this can be flexible)
  • Preferably based in or around Tonbridge, Aylesford, Maidstone, Gravesend, or East Grinstead

We’re also open to traineeswith transferable targeted sales skills who are ready to step into a independent, personable environment.
