Regulatory Compliance Manager — AML & 2nd-Line (Hybrid)
Job summary
A global payment solutions company is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure compliance for digital ecommerce customers, particularly in high risk sectors like gambling and cryptocurrency. You will conduct monitoring reviews, create management packs, and provide compliance guidance. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of AML compliance experience, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This position offers flexible working arrangements.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in AML compliance.
- Experience in high risk sectors like gambling or cryptocurrency is advantageous.
- Internal audit / compliance monitoring experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic monitoring reviews for regulatory compliance.
- Provide feedback on compliance findings.
- Create and maintain a Management Information pack.
- Maintain compliance policies and keep them updated.
- Prepare compliance updates for governance committees.
