The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, be involved in the person-centred care planning process, support residents with their medication requirements, and undertake staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
