As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Highcliffe Care Home in Sunderland, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. You will be responsible for identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
