In this role you’ll play a key role in RLB’s digital transformation journey. This rotational programme is designed to develop talented individuals who are excited by technology, driven by data, and curious about how digital tools can reshape the construction industry. You’ll rotate across our IT and Digital teams, contributing to live projects and business‑critical initiatives — from streamlining internal systems to delivering innovative digital solutions for clients. Whether you’re analysing performance data, developing tools, or researching new technologies, your work will directly support smarter, more sustainable outcomes in the built environment. This is more than a technical role. It’s an opportunity to help transform the way we think, work, and deliver across RLB.
