Data Analyst - £500 - £510 Per Day - London (Hybrid) - 4 Months - Financial Services

Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a leading financial services company. This role focuses on leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance within the ServiceNow platform, supporting operational efficiency and business transformation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist with configuration, validation, and remediation activities within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to change management processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and quality assurance principles.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
