Our client is seeking an ambitious Project Architect to join their established award-winning Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Project Architect will collaborate with a team on a variety of projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student Accommodation, and Retail sectors. Our client's current projects are more focused in the Leisure sector, and contract values are between £5m - £10m. The successful Project Architect will be working across all RIBA Stages as our client requires someone who is able to run projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Architect to join an employee-focused company that offers fantastic career progression opportunities. The most successful Project Architect should have a good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD.

1. Occasional site visits
2. Develop designs into working drawings
3. Coordinate tender and construction design packages
4. Submission of planning/building regulations
5. Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
6. Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
7. Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
8. Participate in team meetings

1. Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
2. ARB Qualified Architect
3. Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
4. Motivated individual
5. Ability to work well as part of a design/technical team
6. Good design skills
7. Experience across all RIBA Stages, able to run projects
