We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Core Network Migration Architect responsible for overseeing the migration of mobile network infrastructure to the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing and future network technologies, including 4G and 5G.

As the Migration Architect, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and executing the IMS migration strategy, ensuring that the transition is efficient, cost-effective, and minimally disruptive to ongoing network operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, project managers, and system integrators, to ensure successful implementation of IMS technologies across the mobile core network.

• Lead the migration strategy for transitioning mobile core networks to IMS architecture.
• Design and plan the migration process, including the integration of IMS with existing 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network technologies.
• Ensure that IMS solutions are aligned with business goals, operational requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the integration of IMS with existing core network components, including voice and messaging services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IMS migration.
• Evaluate new technologies and network upgrades to support future growth and scalability.
• Conduct post-migration performance analysis and optimization.

• Proven experience in mobile core network architecture, specifically with IMS.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technologies including 4G, 5G, and legacy technologies such as 2G and 3G.
• Experience in network migration and integration of new technologies into existing infrastructures.
• In-depth understanding of VoLTE, VoWiFi, and other IMS-based services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to design and execute complex migration strategies in large-scale network environments.
