Cloud Architect - Permanent Role

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

Location: London Hybrid

1. Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to design and implement modern, effective technical solutions.
2. Lead the development of Proof of Concepts and support engineering teams in building scalable, high-availability platforms.
3. Guide the transition from legacy infrastructure to cloud-based systems.
4. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and strategic direction.
5. Advise customers on emerging technologies and methodologies to meet evolving demands.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Azure a bonus).
• Solid understanding of Linux, virtualisation, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Proven track record designing and deploying automated infrastructure and complex systems.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code and tools like Ansible, Puppet, Foreman, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, IaaS/PaaS, monitoring tools (Nagios), and big data/AI tech (Elastic Search, AI/ML).

You will be subject to undergoing a level of security clearance, British Nationals only.
