A leading architectural firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Architect to join their Commercial Architecture team. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in the commercial sector, particularly in retail and logistics. Responsibilities include managing design schemes, producing high-quality documentation, and client engagement. Strong technical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and related software. This role offers opportunities to work across various project stages while maintaining effective client relationships.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Commercial Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the commercial sector, with experience in retail, industrial, logistics, office, and educational projects. You will be confident working across all RIBA work stages, with particular strength in producing and coordinating detailed construction information and supporting projects through to site delivery.
Applicants should be Part 3 RIBA/ARB qualified or MCIAT, with a minimum of 8+ years of post‑qualification practical experience. Strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capability to maintain effective client relationships are essential. You should be comfortable running projects independently while also working collaboratively within a team.
Candidates should demonstrate strong design capability alongside robust technical design development, detailing, and coordination experience.
