Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Preston

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who provide expert services to the commercial and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an a driven and talented Senior Architect to hit the ground running on a wide range of multidisciplined projects for their Preston office.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

• Lead commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience leading projects within the commercial sector
• Job running experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong drawing and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Preston area
