• Experience of implementing and running highly complex secure training programmes - MANDATORY
• Experience of writing technical training bids and execution of training across secure programmes - MANDATORY
• Working across several high-profile stakeholders - MANDATORY
• Management of BT Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance - MANDATORY
• Management of HM Government Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance - MANDATORY

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain learning and development activities across multiple projects.
• Define and develop strategy and policy for training interventions.
• Create technical documentation to support L&D activities.
