Qualifications

  • Proven track record in high-voltage, high-power design, including SiC, IGBT, GaN devices.
  • Strong experience in EMC design and compliance standards.
  • Experience with electric motor technologies and thermal/EMC simulation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and testing of power electronics solutions.
  • Define technology strategies and roadmaps in electrification.
  • Support proposals and customer engagement with deep technical expertise.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices in design and validation.

Skills

Globally recognised expertise in power electronics and magnetics
Strong experience in digital/mixed-signal control
Excellent customer-facing and mentoring skills

Education
