Qualifications

  • Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Review and optimise commission and bonus plans.
  • Design and propose a Long-Term Incentive Plan to drive engagement.
  • Harmonise benefits offerings globally to ensure fairness.
  • Design and implement a company-wide job levelling framework.
  • Review and propose a consistent approach for personal celebrations.
