Job summary
A technology company in London is seeking a Senior PHP SQL Technical Architect. You will develop and optimize web applications with PHP and MySQL, working independently or in a team. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience and enjoys working with caching technologies. This position offers a competitive salary between £55K and £65K and the opportunity to work up to 3 days a week from home.

Senior PHP Software Developer – City London
At least 5+ years of commercial experience and knowledge of:
- PHP
- MySQL, including database optimization
- LAMP
- Linux
- MVC, ORM
- HTML
- CSS/XHTML
- JQuery
- Caching technologies, such as Memcached, Redis or Varnish
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and operate to tight deadlines
Sense of humour please
- Great knowledge of Apache, specifically Mod Rewrite
- Good working knowledge of Linux, including command line
- Server administration experience
- Ecommerce experience
