Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Aviation team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting on full life cycle projects
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Translating concepts and information into images
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

• This role is an in-office position
• ARB Registration, ideally RIBA Chartered Member
• Technology: Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus
• High commitment to QA/QC
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
• Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations
• Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
• Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
• Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
• Acumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
