Architect – Newcastle | £38K–£45K + hybrid working

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary, employee-owned studio where progression is real, design is collaborative, and the culture’s built on trust. Their residential pipeline is varied, UK and international, and they’re after someone who can take projects from planning to delivery with confidence.
What you’ll be doing
- Run housing projects across all RIBA stages
- Produce Revit models and detailed technical packages
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and consultants
- Navigate Building Regs and support planning submissions
- Contribute to design reviews, project meetings, and site visits
What you’ll need
- 3+ years’ experience in residential architecture
- Solid Revit skills and a technical eye
- Good understanding of UK Building Regs and planning process
- Confident working with consultants and project teams
- Comfortable leading work across all project phases
