Job summary
A multi-disciplinary building consultancy in Tyseley is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to lead complex design projects across various sectors including education and residential. The successful candidate will manage project budgets, mentor junior team members, and develop sustainable design solutions. Requirements include a proven track record in architecture, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of UK Building Regulations. - Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong and varied portfolio of delivered projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across bluelight, education, and residential sectors.
- Develop creative, sustainable design concepts and translate them into high-quality documentation.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity.
- Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Support the leadership team in business development and practice growth.
