Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, the Project Manager will lead a portfolio of Reactive and Planned Maintenance and Minor Works projects across TfL Head Office Estate.
This is a hybrid role – 2 days per week in Canning Town office.
- Lead all aspects of project delivery.
- Determine and define client project scope and objectives.
- Create and manage the Project Execution Mobilisation Plan(s).
- Manage project financial performance, including P&L accounts.
- Set up stage‑gate meetings – kick‑off, gate reviews, close‑out as defined.
- Present monthly contract review paperwork to senior management.
- Support bid submissions with Project Plans, RAID logs, and method statements.
You have Project Management experience in a fast‑paced Comms, Rail, Telecoms, or Utilities environment. You thrive on coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholders, and driving safe, on‑time, on‑budget solutions.
- Experience on complex projects within Rail, Telecoms, or Utilities.
- Excellent financial and commercial project budget management.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Experience managing complex customer and end‑user relationships.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to London sites.
