Who are we looking for?

Hatch is hiring a Graduate Process Engineer to support the growth of our Energy sector business. This role offers work that is varied and stimulating, executing real value added from day one. In addition to client exposure, you'll gain experience across a broad range of process engineering disciplines and project types. We commit to developing engineers through comprehensive training, mentorship, and regular performance reviews. Our Professional Development Program (PDP) supports Chartership, technical skill building, and global networking opportunities.

Role Overview
