This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or individuals with experience in youth work or education settings to step into the classroom and guide students in the absence of the regular teacher.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and conduct.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
