Packaging Supervisor
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension
Location: St Albans (Commutable from Watford, Luton, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, and surrounding areas)

As a Packaging Supervisor, you'll lead day-to-day packaging administration, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. You'll be responsible for writing and updating SOPs, investigating deviations, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

This role would suit a proactive and organised Supervisor, someone with strong communication skills and a passion for compliance and process improvement, looking for stability, responsibility, and the chance to grow with a developing business.
